She has lived in Madison since 2007 and loves it! She has always had a passion for architecture and interior design. Along with other interests in yoga, travel and being a foodie, Adrienne has another large passion with spending time outdoors. She likes to hike, camp, stand up paddle board, bike, snowshoe, xc ski, snowboard and kayak. If you need to find a local hot spot for food or outdoor activities, she is your resource and loves to promote anything local. Adrienne enjoys helping clients with real estate and answers every question along the way. Communication is important to her and an integral part of the process. If you are a buyer, she is “knowledgeable” about the market. and will get to know your needs, lifestyle and price range and find you a variety of homes that are a great fit. Not just your cookie cutter houses, but those diamond in the roughs that are more than a house, they are a home. If you are selling, she will do “so much more than just list the property.” She will give you advice on how to price and prepare your property for showings so it sells in the fastest time and at the best price. In return, you will get top dollar for your investment and you will experience less days on market.
